This beautiful original travel poster, “Visitez La Tunisie” (Visit Tunisia), was created by the artist Yahia to promote tourism to Tunisia during the postwar period. Printed in Paris by Rene Sicard, it features a warm and atmospheric Art Deco-inspired composition showing figures walking through a sunlit Tunisian town with traditional architecture and Mediterranean light.
Yahia’s artwork captures the romantic vision of North Africa as presented in mid-century French travel campaigns—combining painterly detail with refined graphic design. The result is a serene and inviting image that exemplifies the charm of 1950s French poster art.

Rare poster for the Chemins de Fer du Midi done in 1929. Elegant hotel found in the Pyrennee’s . It states Spring Summer and Fall, but actually it is also a Winter Destination for skiing and there exists a winter poster by Cappiello done for the same destination.
