Important dance poster for The Joffrey Ballets presentation of Parade with Costume designs by Picasso. Originally performed by the Ballet Russe with Sergei Diaghilev directing music by Eric Satie and the great Leonide Massine in 1917. This show was performed at City Center in New York by the Joffrey ballet in 1973. One of the great collaborations in the Arts !!

Its important to note that the Mourlot imprimerie did work for Picasso, Matisse, Chagall and many of the most famous Artists as they were the only stone lithographers in the 20th century in France up until the 1970’s.
