Le Rire was a French humoristic magazine that started in 1894 up until 1971. Making fun of the Politics and arts of the time it used many famous artists including Toulouse Lautrec, Cappiello, willete, Sem, Jaun Gris, Metivet and Jules Grun amongst others. Showing music Halls like the Moulin Rouge or cafes and cabarets of the time period, it is a real window in to the past.
